A contractor friend who has worked with her for a while suggested I contact her and I have to say she has exceeded even the high expectations he set for her. I had already decided on a particular subdivision before finding a REALTOR, then had to act fast when the perfect home came up for sale. Nora grabbed the ball and ran with it, making an offer on my behalf within hours and getting a contract agreed upon by the following day. She then arranged multiple inspections, even standing in for me when one of my dogs had to have emergency surgery. At crucial moments, she worked late into the evening negotiating final terms and achieved the price concessions that I wanted prior to closing. Any time I had questions, she was there for me regardless of the time or day, always several steps ahead of everyone involved and with a sharp eye for detail and possible implications. We closed only four weeks after making an offer, yet I felt that all due diligence was done and my interests protected.
